Ltd. and Pocket Money App. (which are collectively referred to as the “Company“, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal information that you provide in connection with your use of the Pocket Money™ app and services, including any Pocket Money mobile applications (the “Service” and collectively, our “Services”). We may share device-level information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Pocket Money when we have your consent to do so. When you agree to our Privacy Policy, you provide us with consent to share your device-level information (essentially used for analytics and marketing purpose). We do not share your personally identifiable information with any entity outside Pocket Money.

To Affiliates, Partners and Vendors in order to provide and improve our services, for marketing purposes and for advertising;

Once the User permits, we may obtain additional information such as transactional information available on your device, to personalize your experience and improve the app suggestions

We may also share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information, publicly and with our partners like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling and/or using the ‘Pocket Money‘ application, you agree that you have read and understand thirds Agreement (‘Agreement‘) and that your membership in the Pocket Money App shall conform to its terms and conditions. Failure to this, your account will be permanently locked and you will no longer be eligible to claim any rewards / Money collected in your Pocket Money account.

You agree to receive OTP (One Time Password) for verifying your mobile at the time of registration. Pocket Money App will verify your mobile number by sending OTP to the mobile number provided to complete the registration process.
You cannot register with multiple mobile numbers from single mobile device with single email id. Registering from multi-SIM devices from multiple number is strictly prohibited.
Pocket Money cannot be used with Android Emulators. All devices are being verified at multiple levels during availing the offers. If found to be used with emulators or some kind of other automated system, your account for mobile number and device will be permanently locked.
Pocket Money reserves the right to limit rewards enrolment at any time.
Pocket Money is under no obligation to provide Members with any particular amount of earning opportunities or send messages to them.
As of now, Pocket Money is providing services to individuals 16 years or older who may enrol in the Pocket Money Program and become Members. Pocket Money reserves the right to prevent access to the Program and its website from mobile number or IP addresses.
Corporations or other business entities are not eligible to become Members.
Pocket Money membership and its right to use is limited to one individual with single mobile number and associated mobile device.
Member agrees to comply with the terms of all Pocket Money and its advertiser and partner offers, promotions, and programs at all times.
Earning amount & rewards are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Earned amount will be subtracted from Member‘s account once the redemption order is placed by the member and captured by the Pocket Money server system. Who do not complete any transactions in the Service for a period of 30 days on a continuous basis would have their Pocket Money App credit forfeited.
No member is allowed to use or create fake ID or provide any fake profile information for earning money
Members are strictly prohibited to uninstall any mobile app to reinstall it through Pocket Money for earning. Once any mobile app is installed through any channel (via Pocket Money, through Play Store directly or through any other similar program), Earned amount rewards cannot be claimed by uninstalling & reinstalling the same mobile app.
Member agrees to promptly notify [email protected] of any change in Member‘s mobile number or email address or personal profile by updating his or her personal information in the Profile section of Pocket Money mobile app.
Pocket Money reserves the right to cancel or disable accounts and expire unredeemed earned amount in those accounts that are inactive for a period of 6 consecutive months. Inactive shall be defined as lack of one of the following: accessing and utilizing offers, viewing video, profile update or any earning or spending transaction amount.
Pocket Money reserves the right to change this Agreement, and/or any part thereof, at any time as required by the Local Laws of the Land, Internet Usage policy, Telecom Regulatory policy, Android user’s usage policy, Pocket Money Privacy Policy. Member understands the most recent version of this Agreement will be located on the Pocket Money Website and/or Mobile application in the Member Services area under Terms of Service.
Pocket Money reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Pocket Money service with or without notice to Member.
There could be some offers where you may need to download the apk file outside play store for the flow to be completed and the reward to be processed. Please review and proceed at your own risk and we are not liable for any consequences.
It has to be noted that the following data is collected from your individual Facebook account if you have logged into Facebook inside/through our app: ID, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Gender and Date of Birth.
Survey Serving Technology :
This app uses Pollfish SDK. Pollfish is an on-line survey platform, through which, anyone may conduct surveys. Pollfish collaborates with Publishers of applications for smartphones in order to have access to users of such applications and address survey questionnaires to them. When a user connects to this app, a specific set of user's device data (including Advertising ID, Device ID, other available electronic identifiers and further response meta-data is automatically sent, via our app, to Pollfish servers, in order for Pollfish to discern whether the user is eligible for a survey. For a full list of data received by Pollfish through this app, please read carefully the Pollfish respondent terms located at https://www.pollfish.com/terms/respondent. These data will be associated with your answers to the questionnaires whenever Pollfish sends such questionnaires to eligible users. Pollfish may share such data with third parties, clients and business partners, for commercial purposes. By downloading the application, you accept this privacy policy document and you hereby give your consent for the processing by Pollfish of the aforementioned data. Offer Serving Technology :
This app uses Prodege SDK. Prodege is an on-line offer platform, through which, app users are exposed to market research surveys and/or third-party ads (“Offers”). Prodege collaborates with publishers of applications for smartphones in order to have access to users of such applications and address Offers to them. When a user connects to this app, a specific set of user's device data (including Advertising ID, Device ID, if and where the app-user has enabled access to his/her Advertising and/or Device ID, either through his system's settings or via a consent-prompt shown to him) and further response meta-data is automatically sent, via our app, to Prodege servers in order for Prodege to be able to serve Offers through our app. Prodege collects and processes your data in accordance with all applicable law requirements.
